Brian Wilson

Brian Wilson, 53, passed away peacefully at his home with his wife Becky at his side after a courageous battle with cancer on the morning of December 7, 2024. Brian was an avid fisherman and hunter. He thoroughly enjoyed being out in the Ozarks enjoying Gods beautiful country and all he created for us. A true testament to how much he loved to hunt and his strength was that Brian had just completed his final successful glorious deer hunt on November 7, 2024. Several years ago Brian met the love of his life, Becky. It was the beginning of a wonderful relationship of love and laughter. The joy they experienced in their short time together was more than most people get in a lifetime. Brian and Becky were soulmates who loved each other more than words can express. They formalized their union by getting married June 12, 2024. Brian was extremely proud of their church family, the Pottersville Baptist Church. He loved attending their church together in Pottersville. When times began to get rough their church family was their support system. The Pottersville Baptist Church members helped them in so many ways, physically, spiritually, and was their extended family. Brian, Becky and Jarrett couldn’t have made it through this time without the love and support they provided them. Brian was a very hardworking man. In the past he had worked for ABM, Air Evac, his good friend Johnny McKee on his farms, his son’s Jarrett’s lawn service, among a few things to mention. Brian is survived by his wife Becky, of the family home, son Jarrett Wilson of the family home, son Wyatt Wilson of Springfield, brother Randy Wilson of Highlandville, sister Crystal Frazier of West Plains, brother Chris Finch of West Plains, sister Vera Collins of Pottersville, sister Llz Underwood of Conway, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Wilson, his parents and numerous other relatives and friends. Brian leaves behind a beautiful legacy with his family, friends, and church family. He may have departed this Earthly life but his smile and memories will live on forever with all those who loved and cherished him. At this time there is no service planned but that is subject to change. If, at a later date, there is a Celebration of Life, his family, the Pottersville Baptist Church Family, and Always Faithful Memorial Services will announce the time and date of the event.
